The chalet is entirely privatized for your stay and is spread over 3 levels. It features a vast, bright living room in absolute calm, facing breathtaking views of the Grand Mont and Mont Blanc. These spaces are complemented by a large, fully furnished outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying the alpine air during your meals.

Designed to comfortably accommodate 10 guests, the chalet guarantees privacy and conviviality for everyone:
- The Master Suite: A true haven of peace with a double bed, a large walk-in closet, and a full en-suite bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet).
- The "Guest" Room (top floor): Perfect for a second couple, featuring its own attached bathroom (shower and toilet).
- The Third Bedroom: Warm and welcoming, offering a high-quality double bed.
- The Children's Bunk Room: A fun and cozy space equipped with 4 bunk beds, sharing a spacious bathroom with the third bedroom.

- Chozal Chairlift: Located just 150m from the chalet.
- Equipment Rental: Chozal Sport, right across from the chairlift.
- Ski Lessons (ESF): Meet at the Col des Saisies, accessible in 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes via the free shuttle.

Beyond skiing: The region is packed with activities: snowshoeing in the Saisies Nordic domain, dog sledding rides, the Mountain Twister (alpine coaster), or pure relaxation at the "Le Signal" Aquasport Center.
